Privacy & cookies
How we use parent and student information, how website preferences work, and how to contact us about your data.

1. Who this policy covers
The Athletic Collegiate LLC (TAC, “we,” “us”) coordinates sports programs, school enrollment support, the Student-Athlete Academy and Student Discovery. This policy covers information TAC handles through this website and related inquiries and services. Partner schools, training providers, assessment services and payment providers have their own notices for information they handle directly.
2. Information we collect and why
- Parent contact and requests: Your name, email, required phone number, city or area, preferred contact times and information you choose to provide. We use these to answer your request and coordinate selected services. Providing a phone number does not sign you up for marketing texts.
- Facility partnership inquiries: Your business contact information, role, facility name and location, sports or programs, and partnership interests. We use these details to evaluate potential Student Athlete Access or Academy partnerships and arrange follow-up. Submitting an inquiry does not create a partnership.
- Student and program information: Student name or nickname, age, grade, school setup, program interests, schedules and relevant learning goals. We use these to check program fit, prepare plans and coordinate enrollment. Assessment results, attendance and service records may be processed when you purchase or enroll in those services.
- Payment and consent records: Selected services, amounts, billing status, transaction references and permissions. Submitted requests may include your adult-authority confirmation, the notices or terms acknowledged, their versions and the time of submission. We use these records to document your request and choices. Stripe processes card payments. TAC does not collect full card numbers in its inquiry forms.
- Technical information: Our hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser/device information, request logs and account/session identifiers to operate and protect the site. Optional TAC usage analytics record permitted interaction and campaign information only when enabled.
- Communications: Messages sent by email, forms or social platforms, and records needed to respond and document your selected services. A social platform’s own privacy terms also apply.
Do not enter Social Security numbers, card details, medical records or detailed diagnoses in general inquiry boxes. If specific safety or support information is needed later, TAC will explain the purpose and how to provide it.
3. Parent-directed services and children
Our inquiry and enrollment forms are intended for adults age 18 or older acting for themselves, as a student’s parent or legal guardian, or with authority to make the request. Submit only information you are authorized to share. We use it for the request and services described; we do not invite children to create public profiles or submit general inquiries independently.
Children’s assessment or school accounts may involve separate provider notices and parent permissions before use. An inquiry acknowledgment is not identity verification and does not replace those permissions or any legally required verified parental consent. Contact us if a child submitted information without an authorized adult so we can review it and take appropriate action.
4. When information is shared
- Service providers: Hosting and application services (including Base44), payment processing (Stripe), and communication or scheduling providers support TAC’s operations. They receive information needed for those functions.
- Your selected training provider: Limited student and parent details needed for placement, scheduling, access and delivery may be shared with Life Time Frisco, Sports Academy Frisco or Plano, Atlético Dallas, or Arjun Archery Academy when relevant to the service you request.
- Schools and assessments: A named-school introduction follows the separate permission presented in the enrollment flow. A school interest selection alone does not grant access to academic records. School enrollment, assessment delivery and later record sharing follow their specific notices and authorizations.
- Other necessary disclosures: Information may be provided to professional advisers or authorities when required by law, needed to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections.
TAC does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We do not provide identifying student information to sponsors for promotion without a separate parent authorization. School accreditation and official educational records belong to the school of record; TAC does not issue school grades, transcripts or diplomas.
6. Calls, email and optional marketing
When you submit a request, you ask TAC to respond by phone or email about that request and coordinate the services you select. Required contact information is not permission for unrelated marketing, prerecorded calls or automated marketing texts.
Where offered, marketing email permission is separate, optional and unchecked. You can withdraw it by using the message’s unsubscribe option or emailing us. These forms do not enroll you in SMS marketing. Any later text-message subscription requires its own appropriate notice and choice. Service-related messages may still be needed for an active enrollment or transaction.
7. Retention and security
We retain information according to the purpose for which it was collected, active service needs, payment and accounting obligations, dispute resolution and applicable legal requirements. School and assessment providers maintain their records under their own retention practices. A request to delete data may have exceptions for records we are required or permitted to keep.
Access to inquiry and enrollment records is restricted to authorized operational users and service providers. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us promptly about suspected misuse.
8. Your privacy requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete your or your student’s information, receive a copy where applicable, or withdraw an optional permission. Send a request to admin@theathleticcollegiate.com or call 469-635-0909. You do not need to create an account, use an enrollment form, or agree to marketing.
We may request enough information to verify identity or authority to act for a student, without collecting more than necessary. Rights, exceptions and response periods depend on applicable law. Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, we respond within its required timeframes, generally 45 days, with notice of any permitted extension.
If a request is denied, you may appeal by emailing the same address with “Privacy appeal” in the subject. We explain the decision and any applicable further complaint options. You can also contact the Texas Attorney General. We do not penalize families for exercising applicable privacy rights.
9. External sites and updates
Links to a school, facility, payment service or social platform lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Review those notices before sharing information. We update this policy when practices change and identify the date above; where required, material changes receive additional notice or a new consent request.
For privacy questions, contact The Athletic Collegiate LLC at admin@theathleticcollegiate.com or 469-635-0909. For participation and billing information, read our Service Terms.
