Our approach
The Athletic Collegiate works to improve keyboard access, readable contrast, meaningful labels, clear form errors and usable layouts. We use WCAG Level AA guidance as a design target. This statement is a commitment to improvement, not a claim that every page or third-party service has been certified as conformant.
Get assistance or report a barrier
Email admin@theathleticcollegiate.com or call 469-635-0909. If possible, include the page, what you were trying to do and your preferred way for us to respond. You do not need to complete an enrollment form or provide a phone number to request assistance by email.
We can help with program information, forms and enrollment questions through another communication method. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within three business days.
Videos and external services
Videos are optional and require an explicit choice to load. Use the player’s caption controls where captions are available. School portals, payment services and third-party videos have their own accessibility features and limitations. Contact TAC if they prevent you from completing a TAC-related step so we can help identify an alternative.
